Toyota C-HR Rebate Questions
Does the Toyota C-HR qualify for Canada's EV rebate?
It does. Transport Canada's EVAP list has 4 Toyota C-HR trims. For 2027 C-HR SE (FWD) units priced at $44,895, $5,000 comes off the bill at the dealer, as long as the amount before tax does not exceed $50,000.
What is the Toyota C-HR price after rebates in each province?
Quebec deducts another $2,000, resulting in $37,895. Manitoba deducts another $4,000, resulting in $35,895. Across all other locations, the 2027 C-HR SE (FWD) costs $39,895 with only the federal rebate applied.
How does January 1, 2027 affect the Toyota C-HR price?
On that date, EVAP drops to $4,000. The 2027 C-HR SE (FWD) then costs $40,895, compared with $39,895 in 2026. The rebate amount depends on the year your dealer submits the claim, not when you take delivery.
Can a Toyota C-HR lease still qualify for the rebate?
It can. Leases lasting 48 months or longer receive all $5,000. For 36 months, the rebate is $3,750; for 24 months, $2,500; and for 12 months, $1,250. The dealer deducts the rebate from a lease just as it does from a purchase.
